Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego La Jolla

The staff was ABSOLUTELY exceptional!! I was having an incredibly long and stressful day and then realized our reservation was made incorrectly by me. The staff made me feel so much better about my mistake and were so kind to me and were able to accommodate my husband and myself. I also found myself having a sudden woman issue and the front desk women were so kind to my husband as I sent him down to help relieve my issue. We also absolutely were over the moon to receive two complimentary drinks each!

The amenities! The breakfast was wonderful! It has everything you want, including an omelet station. We also enjoyed the evening reception that includes 2 free alcoholic drinks as well as snacks. We ate the restaurant twice and the food was delicious, especially the crispy chicken wings. However, the food is a little pricey. The location is another plus. We walked across the street to the shopping center and there was a ton of restaurants to choose from and there was entertainment spots. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The only complaint I had was the parking fee. $40 per night is a little ridiculous!

I loved how the staff were so attentive. and the brunch was decent. Made to order omelettes were fantastic. Even though parking is $40 a day, they give you two free drinks during happy hour which can make up for it, if you enjoy that sort of thing.

I really loved that The staff was so accommodating and efficient. I loved that the hotel was so close to restaurants and other walkable locations. The parking lot was easy to get to from the hotel, and I was made aware of all the amenities that were available to me. Everybody was so accommodating a nice. Even the breakfast was an easy process. I did not have to wait a long time to get my complimentary breakfast.

The koi pond was beautiful and a fun attraction for my kids. The breakfast was amazing and the view from our room inside and outside the hotel was beautiful.
